When I came to Peak Endurance, I had been limping through an injury for a few weeks and nothing seemed to help. After a few appointments with Taylor, I had a great understanding of my injury, what to do to help it heal, and a timeline for getting back to running. Can't say that I'm looking forward to the next injury to arise, but it's great to know I have a fantastic resource to help me work through it.
I wanted to have some pelvic floor PT done prior to getting back to full time running after I had my son. Taylor was amazing and really tried to find exercises that worked for me and fit into my weekly schedule. She listened to when there were exercises that I was less fond of versus others and would alter them to be more manageable and still incorporate the strength work we were trying to get out of that exercise. In couldn’t be more impressed with Erienne at Peak Endurance. She was efficient in diagnosing a lingering issue I’ve had. The recommended exercises and home care are very achievable and approachable. She was professional and incredibly personable! I look forward to working with her to put this injury in the past.
