Very upset aboht what he missed. I gave him the job of inspecting me and my pregnant fiance's first home, after claiming that he is the most thorough in the area. About a week after moving in we started to see mold on out bathroom ceiling, and water damage on the bathroom wall. Turns out the hot water tank was patched together with waterproof tape and was leaking.
