Excellent surgeon
I had a very disappointing experience with the staff. When I arrived and provided my insurance card, I was told they did not accept my insurance. However, after contacting my insurance company, I confirmed that they do in fact accept it. Despite this, they still refused to see me. The interaction felt rude and unprofessional, and I did not feel respected as a patient. I hope this is addressed so others don’t have a similar experience.
Dr. Rex and Staff are very caring and professional.
Very sad I couldn't be seen. When I scheduled my appointment I told them what my insurance is and it was verified while I was on the phone. Showed up to my appointment and was told no they do not take my plan. I specifically said it was an EPO at the time of scheduling the appointment. Hopefully they can pull the call if the are recorded and retrain the front office staff. Then you do not waste people's time and then take an appointment slot for someone else who can be seen.
