Excellent service, care, and facility.
I had my first visit at Peak Dental today to meet the Dentist and the receptionist to make my first appointment for next week. What a pleasant experience. I left there comfortable with my decision to have my dental care done at Peak Dental .
OK, I had services done at the last dentist before the changeover and they were satisfactory. I have just made an appointment for some further work and I am a chicken of the dentist office and believe it or not. I’m 73 years old. I was with new insurance coverage and further dental work. Mary was absolutely unbelievably helpful. She worked with the insurance carrier. She got everything set up and paved the way for me to finish my dental work. I go in next week. Made two appointments (October and November ) both have been cancled . No one called me back to fix it . I had to call them. During my braces consultation the dentist made fun of my teeth the whole time !! Told me bugs bunny don’t have anything on me . And making fun of how my teeth look. (You shouldn’t make fun of someone’s smile especially when you’re not the one paying for it. I’ve tried calling back and can’t get ahold of anyone
