I had a very disappointing experience with the receptionist here. When I checked in, I was kept waiting for about 30 minutes because she was busy training a new employee. I politely asked if she could complete my check-in first and then continue training, but instead she made a remark to an assistant that I was being “impatient.” That was unprofessional and unnecessary. I have been a patient for several years now, and the more I go for continuous scheduled treatment, the more I feel I am getting such personal care with advanced technology in dentistry. The entire office is a fine, clean and very professional atmosphere to be a patient and to feel comfortable. The hygienist is thorough and friendly. This was my first visit with Dr. Scott Lindsay. I’m very particular about the dentist that I go to. I left my last dentist only because he retired. He recommended Scott to me and I’m extremely happy with the service I’ve received so far. Everybody at the office was very professional and friendly.
