Richard abandoned the job along with $20,000! His crew was not paid in. Our deck was not finished. We are still trying to chase him for the 20,000 he stole from us. Despite all of his terrific reviews, this is not a reliable or trustworthy contractor!

We recently had Peak Contracting remodel our bathroom. Richard communicated with us throughout the process. Anthony did an excellent job with the remodel. They were prompt and professional. We would definitely recommend them.

Makes big promises. Doesn’t follow through. Would not recommend his service or the company. Left two bathroom projects costing 30k incomplete at my house.

Peak contracting is a trustworthy company. Richard is great at communicating, efficient with scheduling and taking care of the permit. His crew that came to do the work were polite, knowledgeable, and efficient and they cleaned up before they left. We had a beam installed to open a wall from our kitchen to the fmaily room. For the most part 90% of it went pretty smooth. We had some leftover work we had to take care of because a supporting wall caused damage in our family room ceiling and walls.
