The upstairs thermostat died in the night. Called Peak City the next morning and left a message. They quickly responded, dispatching two service technicians by early afternoon who restored the cooling. They explained the problem and the fix. Drainage clog had tripped the shutoff. The men were skilled, courteous and respectful of our home (took off their shoes when entering). Emailed the bill within 24 hours, easily payable online. Old school service!💛
Amazing! My upstairs air conditioning unit stopped working during a heat wave, and even though Jody was on vacation, he responded to my voicemail immediately.
