We have been using Peak City Heating and Air for about 25 years. They have always provided excellent service. They respond quickly and do an excellent job.
They lied about when they would come out to address an AC issue, and when I wasn't available at the time they came instead of when they told me they would be there, they cancelled my work order and stopped answering or returning my calls. I asked Mindy in the front office twice if there was any chance they would be there before 10am so I could set an alarm if needed. She assured me twice that would not be the case.
