Peak Auto / Tom Ross sold me a truck he promised was in great condition. After purchasing, I found out it needed over $3K in repairs. He refused to do anything. I sued him and won a judgment in May 2018. It's now mid July 2018 and he hasn't paid!
Believe it or not, I've never been a victim of a shyster used car salesman. I've been happy with all of the cars i have purchased and the dealerships i have used. This has to be the absolute worst experience I've ever had with any dealer ever. I bought a car that was listed as being in perfect condition needing no mechanical work. He was very pushy trying to get me to buy it, and I did, which was a huge mistake. Upon getting the car home I noticed the engine started ticking and the next day there was a small puddle of oil underneath it.
