Worst experience ever! I was helping a friend look for a new vehicle since I am a car buff. I found a decent car at Peak Auto Brokers. I read online that since they are a small business, you have to call to set up an appointment and test drive. Look closely at the negative reviews. When I did, they mirrored my experience. The response from the owner is "sorry", but the practices haven't changed. I made an appointment to look at a car that seemed like a good deal. They said I could not take it to my mechanic, but only to the two that they have a partnership with (mine is just a few miles away). I recently purchased a used 4-Runner from Peak Auto Brokers. I have been more than happy with the purchase and I feel, after talking some with the owner, that Peak does a fine job of being "selective" about what cars they want to purchase for re-sale. If you have any issues at all after purchase, Peak is more than accommodating in making sure you're taken care of. I recently purchased a "new" used SUV from Larry at Peak Auto Brokers. The experience was awesome. They were completely honest and upfront with the price and with everything about the car. No run arounds and nothing changed from the first conversation! The customer service Larry provided was over the top! He went beyond the common customer service to finish the sale. I highly recommend all my friends purchase their next car from Peak Auto Brokers! I plan on buying all my cars from them!
