Honest and ethical does NOT describe Peak Appliance. Over 4 1/2 months ago we paid Peak Appliance for repairs to our refrigerator. Our refrigerator still doesn't work. They tried a couple of parts that didn't work. They are not returning to complete the repair and they no longer return our phone calls. One of the worst parts of their work is that Gary disconnected a lot of the wiring so even if we could find someone to replace the part it needs, we are in danger of ruining the refrigerator totally by connecting the wron... read more

I had a really unfortunate experience with Peak Appliance Repair. I hired Peak Appliance Repair to repair our dryer. Shawn arrived and was really in a hurry to complete the job. He dropped a clip that fastens the front panel to the rest of the dryer frame and instead of taking a moment to look for it, he just used a screw (I thought he put the screw in the drum, but it was in the dryer frame). I called Peak Appliance when our stove handle broke, and they had Jeremy come out the same day, and assess the situation. He figured that it would be an easy fix, though the part was not in town. The part was ordered same day, and arrived soon. Jeremy came back over with the part, and had it fixed within 15 minutes, or so. Jeremy was friendly, personable, and easy to work with. I would recommend Peak Appliance to anyone, and will call them again, the next time any of our appliances break.

Hello, I just want to share my terrible and super unprofessional experience that I had with Peak Appliance. I had them come look at a few ovens and they took a motor to order the replacement parts. After 1.5 weeks, the motors came in, but they were completely wrong. So Brian said he would send them back and get me the right ones. After 3 weeks I called him to see where they were and he said ill call you back in 30 minutes!!! 1 week later I called him again, same response. Brian the owner doesn't care about Army Veterans. He refuses to pay my fiancee, who served 2 tours over years and 8 years to this country. He doesn't care about Army veteran families. He needs to be black listed. Do not do business with this man. He is untrustworthy and has no respect. If you are an Army Vet do not give this man a dime of your money.
