I've lived here 2.5 years, and it can't be beat for the price. Laundry and parking are limited, so those can be annoying. (I really wish they'd replace the pool with either a courtyard so we'd have access to some outdoor space or more parking spots. And good grief, replace the washing machines with a card system instead of making me find quarters.) Maintenance is great and I love the floor plan. It's a quiet building.
I've been extremely happy with my living experience at Peak 54. The management team and maintenance staff are attentive and always making sure any issues are resolved quickly. Best priced complex in the area for the quality, I'd definitely rent here again.
The management team, which I primarily one person managing everything it seems, Carlene, is absolutely a star! Place is clean, people are polite. It's a hidden jewel....maybe I should lie and say how awful Peak 54 is, just so others stay away:):).
