The story behind this photo is pretty funny. This is my first time dropping into Peak 360 Fitness in Miami. The biggest dude at the gym pointed 🫵 at me and said, 'You're my partner today.' 🫣 Then he asked how heavy I wanted to build up on the front squats. I told him I can squat heavy, and he said, 'You look like you can squat heavy.' 🦍🦍🦍 Big dawg pushed me to my limit. It was such a good workout ♂️

Everyone's movement ‘circle’ is different, but over the past two years I've leaned into work capacity training, and finding a space like this was a real win.
