I love this community. I can't rave about it enough. I've lived in so many different places: Colombia, New York, San Francisco, Sedona, and Now this community, and honestly it's amazing. The staff is great. They're always watching over you. They maintain everything super clean and organized. If you're looking for a place to move here in Phoenix, this is it.
Toured with Isabelle and really liked the amenities and the apartment itself. Isabelle was very friendly and answered every question I had with honesty and confidence. Will definitely consider moving here in the future.
I have been living in this apartment complex for 6 months, and I’m very happy with it. The staff is great, the community is friendly, and there’s a really nice gym, a game room, and a large swimming pool. The people here are pleasant, and overall it’s a very comfortable and enjoyable place to live.
Personally, I’ve had a very positive experience living at Peak 16. My dog loves to come down to the office every single day to get his treat from Cristal, Dominique, and Isabelle. Office staff and facilities personnel are all kind and welcoming.
