I'm here to share my very unfortunate experience living at Peak 16. This might be a long read, but it's worth it if you want to avoid going through what I did. From my time living there, it's clear they consistently sweep issues under the rug until they can’t anymore. The property looks great from the outside, but the inside tells a much different story. Lived there for 13 months. Never had any issues loved it actually the location was great management did their best, hell I scene broke one of the light fixtures in the apartment and still got all my deposit back . Super cool people and location. Only issue was ac went out one day but they fixed it literally the next day. If I hadn’t moved out of state would have renewed.
I really enjoyed my experience with the wonderful Crystal as she was extremely helpful and patient through my tour and I would most certainly recommend this community because I’m sure she would go above and beyond to make your experience absolutely amazing and she’s super understanding!
Cristal in the leasing office is so incredibly helpful and she is so kind. She was very knowledgeable about everything I needed help with and she was so well put together. Thank you Cristal R.
