This is an amazing place to live with great amenities and super friendly and helpful staff. Cristal and Isabelle made sure all of our questions were answered and helped make the whole process super smooth and stress free from the moment we toured, when we applied and moved in, and they continue to do so to this day. Similarly, Jorge and Jeremiah from maintenance have been extremely efficient and helpful at fixing any issues that arise (which are expected in any apartment). I love this community. I can't rave about it enough. I've lived in so many different places: Colombia, New York, San Francisco, Sedona, and Now this community, and honestly it's amazing. The staff is great. They're always watching over you. They maintain everything super clean and organized. If you're looking for a place to move here in Phoenix, this is it.
Toured with Isabelle and really liked the amenities and the apartment itself. Isabelle was very friendly and answered every question I had with honesty and confidence. Will definitely consider moving here in the future.
I have been living in this apartment complex for 6 months, and I’m very happy with it. The staff is great, the community is friendly, and there’s a really nice gym, a game room, and a large swimming pool. The people here are pleasant, and overall it’s a very comfortable and enjoyable place to live.
