Personally, I’ve had a very positive experience living at Peak 16. My dog loves to come down to the office every single day to get his treat from Cristal, Dominique, and Isabelle. Office staff and facilities personnel are all kind and welcoming.
I have lived at Peak 16 for over two years and it has been a great place to live. Last night, two of my smoke detectors started beeping. I had no idea how to change the batteries and they were going to keep me up all night! Jorge the service guy came out at 8 p.m. and had them both fixed and quiet within 5 minutes. He was so kind and helpful and it was SO appreciated!
Only people taking tours are leaving reviews but not many residents. This complex sucks and thats the best way to put it for the prices they charge. The management team is so unhelpful and condescending. Amenities are never clean, besides the front office. A lot of warnings about smoking but everyone does it so the courtyard always reeks. Neighbors are extremely loud, walls are thin, kids running around who leave a mess and scream in the hallway and courtyard in the middle of the night.
