Worse staffing and management. Don't do this to yourself. I luckily didn't move forward
I moved into this apartment in February, 2025. In March, we had heavy rain, and the rain water started leaking into my 4th floor apartment (7 story building). I called emergency maintenance and submitted a maintenance request. I was told that a contractor would need to be contacted to make the repairs. I continued to follow up for developments, and was told a couple weeks later that Contractors had come to the building to do repairs. Cool, job well done. Packages constantly stolen, building is infested with roaches. Management doesn’t enforce any rules for tenets. Rather than solve any issues they close down their onsite offices and moved all staff off property.
