Had to give it at least 1 star to leave a review. Don’t move here. I broke my lease because of the constant smoking, the roaches, the bed bugs, the violent tenants, the homeless people breaking in, the leaks, the fire in the unit above mine and etc… DO NOT MOVE HERE I will be fighting this place in court more than likely so find me on Facebook and reach out let’s bring down these slum lords together!!!!
We have been residents at this property for approximately two years and have experienced ongoing maintenance issues that were not resolved despite multiple repair requests. Some issues inside the apartment remained unaddressed for extended periods. The attached photo shows one such condition near a window that remained in this state after repeated requests for repair. Roaches, inadequate maintenance and very poor management who favor certain tenants. We’re leaving and so are others. Also, our Luxor account was closed before the end of the month. We’re paid till the 30th and they closed it on the 28th. We’re unable to get the packages ordered before we left. Typical park Layne crappy management. Roach infestation
Avoid renting with Peak 10. I lived at Riverstone Apartments for 3 years and 4 months. I went Month to Month for the last 4 months and gave notice that I was moving out at the beginning of April. This notice was not recieved apparently, so I sent another. They are now claiming that I owe them rent for an additional month despite not living there during that time.
