I moved in in the end of March and it has been a disaster. Elevators constantly go down the brick fascia is falling off the back side of the building cutting off the only access to the “secured parking lot” gate has been open for months after it broke. My electric outlets do not all work and several flicker when anything is plugged in. I notified management on my second day here of the items that need to be fixed. Do not rent here, especially from the Rockwood building. There was a leak that we noticed in January that wasn’t addressed or fixed until July. Multiple tenants have noticed an issue with German cockroaches while maintenance only does quarterly “pest control prevention” The property managers (there have been multiple due to them stealing from residents) have addressed that the pest issue is bad but still only come once every 4 months to do a lazy spraying. This use to be a great place to live but now they horrible the management are stealing money from tenants over charging people for fees that do not say in lease the property manager is very rude do not move here I recommend you guys Peak 10 Properties to higher new management team again this is the 3rd or forth management team with in 2 years I will be having my lawyers also the News of Dayton contact you guys because I don’t want any one else experiencing this .
