This company is a complete money grab. Very rude service and they are very pushy when dealing with you. There are definitely better places in Columbus to work with
Love the place
The worst apartment rental you can imagine. Dishonest management, they are all about making money. They do not invest in their property. They cheat you out of your deposit, hidden fees you won’t find out about until you sign your lease. False advertising, they make it appear that parking is free, that they have a swimming pool. Fire alarm goes off regularly, trash chute is always backed up, no carts to bring in your groceries, elevator does not work properly, people using laundry room as if it is their own personal space. Absolutely disgusting place to rent an apartment completely infested with roaches and other pests. The units are incredibly dated and unkempt, absolutely terrible! Please save yourself some time and money DO NOT sign a lease with this place. The owner is just as disgusting and sleazy as the property he’s very unprofessional and has no standards for his employees they will insult you and lie. DO NOT do business here!!!
