This company is a complete money grab. Very rude service and they are very pushy when dealing with you. There are definitely better places in Columbus to work with

The worst apartment rental you can imagine. Dishonest management, they are all about making money. They do not invest in their property. They cheat you out of your deposit, hidden fees you won’t find out about until you sign your lease. False advertising, they make it appear that parking is free, that they have a swimming pool. Fire alarm goes off regularly, trash chute is always backed up, no carts to bring in your groceries, elevator does not work properly, people using laundry room as if it is their own personal space.
