I called to establish a new patient relationship for my family and the woman answer “hold please”. Not hello thank you for calling the ‘office name’ can you please hold and wait for me to answer just hold please and place me on hold. I stayed on hold for over 15min then someone picked up as if they answered the wrong line never said a word and put me back on hold. If this is how they treat you when you just call I definitely don’t want my family being seen here to be treated as if they don’t matter. Next…
