Predators at their worst. Disabled vet needed pop off valve replaced on water heater. Charged $89 upfront to come out. Gave estimate of nearly $800 to replace. Came down on price 3 times until finally got it down to $424. $35 part and 30 minutes to replace. BEWARE BEWARE! If you have to use them just don’t. Many honest plumbers around. $150 per hour is the norm with 1 hour minimum.
