The old boiler failed called Des he was round the next day to fit the new boiler which was up and running within 3 hours . A fantastic service totally committed to providing a fair,fast and efficient service hence the five stars awarded for going over and beyond with a big smile too. Can't thank enough the team from Peacock for coming through to our aid when out boiler decided to die on us. After searching for days for a boiler and a plumber , our house was now cold and we needed our boiler fitted and installed and we were fortunate to find the team from Peacock. I used Peacock Heating and was impressed with the quality of service, professional and trustworthy.There was a problem I had with my shower I asked if they could look at it while her.it needed replacing and it wasn’t a problem for Des to take me to the local hardware shop to get a replacement and fit same time. Thank you Peacock we have heating and water

I contacted Peacock Heating for a quote and Des was able to visit within a few days. Des came prepared with brochures detailing the new boiler he recommended after seeing how the current boiler was installed. A date was agreed and the work was estimated to take two days. The Peacock Heating team arrived and within one day had the old boiler removed along with the water tanks, and the new boiler installed upstairs with all pipes/electrics for smart thermostat installed tidily, I couldn't even tell the carpet had been lifted ... read more
