This is not how I wanted this interaction to go. I was in my car when I first got a call back. I was distracted at the time, but did hear, "The appointment is yours" On appointment day, I showed up at the door, and started reading a sign on the door that instructed customers to wait in their vehicle and call. As I walked away the door opened, & I was pleasantly greeted, "Help you?" Worst massage I've ever had! Wow! Peachy? Not even close. Nicole was awful. First, the place is uncomfortable. It smells. I wish I'd left when I first walked in. She wasn't in a good mood. Kept asking about pressure, but is only capable of one pressure and one kind of stroke, so why ask? I'd ask for more pressure, she'd change it for a minute, then revert right back. I got weary of asking. Was she having a bad day? I don't know, but when she got close, it was HER that smelled. I asked for lotion, got oil. Too chatty and brag... read more
