The practice accepted me as a transfer at 32 weeks. I met every doctor there by the time I was due and Dr B delivered our daughter at Piedmont. Excellent practice and excellent hospital.
My first visit was great! Kayla was my nurse and she made me feel comfortable so I could tell her my concerns. Natalie was the Nurse Practitioner who did my exam. She put me at ease and my exam was a breeze!
Save yourself the trouble, and find a different provider. The staff is rude. Problems with scheduling and billing. Not even worth the headache.
I was never a patient here, but not due to a lack of trying. I called multiple times to try to transfer OB care to here, but after sending records I called twice to get scheduled (once after a phone call from them to my dad’s number on my MyChart) I never got a call back. Decided if the scheduling is this bad it’s likely not worth trying to transfer care here.
I recently had a visit with Dr McSwain. I was skeptical about this practice because of the size but Dr. McSwain is an exceptional OB provider. Her bedside manner is great. The visit didnt feel rushed and she took her time explaining and checking everything I was concerned about. This was one the best OB experiences I have ever had! Thank you!
