TLDR: do NOT sign up for their monthly membership if you don’t wish to pay for it the rest of your life (and honestly into the afterlife I’m sure). After calling the company out for a duct repair estimate, I signed up for their monthly membership. This was supposed to cover general ac maintenance. Do not do business with these people! I signed up for the monthly service fee thinking it was a good deal. On 3 separate occasions I tried scheduling a service only for no one to show up. Two of those times I wasn't even given a phone call as a heads up. After this I attempted to call and cancel my monthly membership. There are a bunch of hoops to jump through that make it more difficult than it needs to be. Most frustrating of all I am continuing to be billed by this company.
