I pay monthly for Peachtree Service Experts service. My AC went out today. When the techs "Tari" and "Tamiko" came by, they vacuumed the water out of the drip pan of my air handler in the attic using my shop vac (over 15 gallons). There was a filter in the same that is ruined and waterlogged. They tried to leave without emptying the same. My pregnant wife asked the techs if they would take the 15 gallons of water out of the attic before they left as they were getting in the van.
