Awful. I ordered a bottle of brut champagne on DoorDash, and had selected “if item is not available, refund.” Instead, the store chose to substitute it (against the clear instructions) for a bottle that was $30 more expensive, charging me an additional $30, for a bottle of rose which isn’t even close to the same thing as what I ordered/wanted.
