Rude staff, drove all the way up there for the doctor to not even show up for my apointment
Receptionist was rude and made going to this office an absolute nightmare. She acts as if she hates her job, but is forced to work there, and forgets to call patients to provide important details, then just says "Woops" when she finally tells you she forgot. This office was so terrible I just canceled my treatment and found a new office to work with. I'm sure the physical therapists are okay, but if you can't get past reception (the first face you see), then it's not worth going to.
