I've lived here a little over 2 years, it wlll be 3 years and 4 months when me lease ends in 2024. I don't intend to renew. Like I assume the majority of other tenants, I was drawn in by the (comparatively) lower rent prices to anything else within 10-15 miles of DC and Arlington. The good: pricing, location (66 2 mins east, it's on Rt7, 40 mins to Leesburg, 20 to Arlington, anywhere from 20-45 mins to DC depending on time of day.)
