Dr. Sanchez is a competent neurologist. However, I wish that I could give their office/billing department zero stars. My review is ONLY for the office/billing department. I'm sorry to say that Dr. Sanchez’s billing department is totally incompetent. I don't know why this billing department did not bill MEDICARE first, then TRICARE FOR LIFE before billing me. Update2024: Dr. SANCHEZ continues to be amazing. Don’t let the 2 stars discourage you from seeing him. Dr. Sanchez is the BEST doctor I have ever had work with my parents! He truly cares for his patients and wants to help them. That has been never a time that he spent less than 30 minutes to an hour with my parents to really examine them to better understand what their issue is and how he can recommend the best treatment for their diagnosis. I had an original appointment on 1/31/24. However, Dr. Sanchez himself called me to explain that the office would be closed that particular day & that my appointment had to be rescheduled. So I went through their patient portal and rescheduled my appointment for Thursday, 2/15/24, at 4 pm. When I arrived, the 2 ladies at the front desk told me that they had cancelled my appt bcuz they don't take my insurance. My review is ONLY of dealing with the office/billing department. Dr. Sanchez is a wonderful doctor. I've been a patient of Dr Sanchez for over 10 years. I had a billing issue I notified them about on November 5th. In that time, my calls have gone unreturned, my emails have gone unresponded to. I've sent copies of the checks showing they cashed them but didn't post to the account and no one will help me. I've sent a letter documenting every attempt to resolve the issue and still nothing.
