Good property manager
Good quiet community 😁 most days. Stays very clean then the normal parks, project path is amazing at keeping the children engaged with reading and after school activities, love them! Very close to the Mall of Georgia and plenty of shopping center, and there are 3 grocery in the area Walmart, Kroger and Publix!
I’ve been living here for the past 12 years and it has not been fun whatsoever. Most of the neighbors are great but the management (as said in another review) sucks. One thing anyone in this neighborhood could say is the speed bumps are outrageous! Yes they’re a safety precaution but the speed bumps are not suitable for a lot of the cars in the neighborhood that i’ve noticed. So many cars scraping against them.
