Wow I had to get my blood drawn and Mrs Mary was so nice and patient with me. I pass out normally when I give blood and she did everything to help me. Thank you Mrs Mary ❤️
The doctors and nurses are very good and the medical care is excellent. Unfortunately, communication is extremely poor and has often resulted in me actually driving to their office to get answers. Hopefully that will improve it. It’s virtually impossible to get a human to speak with. The software system they use is OK to get information, but it is definitely inconvenient not having it part of Piedmont
I cannot say enough good things about Dr.Biggs!
