My doctor in Ptc closed unexpectedly. This is where she was referring adult patients to go. I made my appt. The day of my appt the PA that I saw was terrible. She had an attitude from the minute I walked in. My previous pcp handled my meds. When I was going over everything she wouldn’t even listen to me and said I needed a psych doctor and would not be prescribing me anything but birth control. Wow I had to get my blood drawn and Mrs Mary was so nice and patient with me. I pass out normally when I give blood and she did everything to help me. Thank you Mrs Mary ❤️
The doctors and nurses are very good and the medical care is excellent. Unfortunately, communication is extremely poor and has often resulted in me actually driving to their office to get answers. Hopefully that will improve it. It’s virtually impossible to get a human to speak with. The software system they use is OK to get information, but it is definitely inconvenient not having it part of Piedmont
I cannot say enough good things about Dr.Biggs!
