Terrible experience – items that were quoted as requiring just a few minutes, ended up totaling a significant amount of time and money. when presented with the bill, representative outright told me he overcharged me because he did not have time to go get more help. this was a small, 3.5 hour project. Beware!

I do not believe a technician would up front tell you they over charged you unless he was making a correction. Second when you are doing repairs you never know what you may come across during the work so the charges are likely going to go up if other repairs are necessary , the technician should always inform you of that before any further work is done, if that is not the case here I apologize for the company and will make it clear to always keep the customer informed of all pricing and such.
