The HOLLY SPRINGS location on Marietta Hwy, Canton is the greatest immediate care I have every visited. Their wonderful team of professionals, Jenna, Rosie, Gabe and Brittney are there to greet you with a smile and make you feel so welcomed. Phillip, the Nurse Practitioner is absolutely amazing, so knowledgeable and thorough. His presence, and kindness leaves the patient feeling better before they are ready to leave the clinic. DO NOT VISIT the location at 868 Buford Rd in Cumming !!! This office deceptively navigates patient conversations at check-in that result in over-charging. When you were at your most vulnerable, looking for care, they refuse to offer pricing clarity. We were over-charged more than $400 simply because we were asked if we had insurance. If they would have informed us that simply saying "no", our bill would have been likely less than HALF of what they charged. On three occasions I visited, as a walk-in, the Peachtree Immediate Care Clinic (Emory affiliation) located on Crossville Road in Roswell Georgia. I was misdiagnosed, required to have unwarranted lab tests, and the issues for which I visited were never addressed. The doctor: Allison Ventura. The staff was combative. I filed a complaint to the Ga. Composite Med Board and U.S. DHHS. The CEO, Bill Miller, did nothing. There is nothing IMMEDIATE about this place. I walked in for a COVID test after being td by my Emory provider I could get one here, and they told me, with a perfectly straight face, it would be SIX HOURS. There were 4 people in the waiting room, and apparently these people were sick and had to sit there, SICK, for SIX HOURS! Never again. If they had no one in there and were standing outside waiting to escort me inside I would not go back there. DO NOT GO HERE! With insurance they still charged $350!!! Without even telling me when I checked in! The most ridiculous Urgent Care I have ever been to! The facility was out of date and dirty as well. I only went because it was such close proximity to my house and I had the flu. Would drive over an hour to never go here again.
Self paid full price 175 dollars and found out that there was no doctor on site , only nurse practitioner( at least that what I was told ). Was not worth it at all. Had to go back to doctors office today. Do not recommend. Waiting time with no other people in the waiting room was about 35 minutes.
