This place is terrible and filled with incompetent wannabe doctors. I shouldn’t even be leaving a review like this because it’s embarrassing but honestly idgaf, that’s how frustrated I am with these people. I came here to get treated for an STI. Their normal urine test didn’t show up w anything but I still had symptoms. I went back in and they did a urethral swab. Lady shoved 4-5 q tips down my penis. It was awful. Extremely professional, I went in for body aches and a fever. The nurses and doctor were so kind in explaining things to me as I do not go to medical often. I asked multiple times what shots they were giving me and would ask why. They responded in a way I could understand and were so kind. I believe the nurses names were Amari and Lailani!
I made my appointment online which was very easy to do. Mea at the front desk was very nice. She greeted me when I walked in. My wait wasn’t long. Everyone was so courteous and nice. I want to thank Mea, Nakayla, Lailani and Amarei for the excellent care they gave me. They were very professional and listened to my concerns. Just to calm my fears I wanted an X-ray done and the order was put in. Thank you for going above and beyond. Thank you!!
