This was the Best urgent care experience I think I've everrrrr had. I woke up feeling like my chest was about to crack from a respiratory infection. The front desk lady was nice and fast. The MA didn't try to dig in my brain during the COVID/FLU swab test. I appreciated that very much!!! I got a nebulizer treatment while on site... like this has NEVER happened before!! Top tier!!! Every time I go to the Hudson Bridge location I have always been treated with respect, and kindness!!! I do have to put this out there, on Monday February 2nd I came to the Urgent Care facility, got there @ 7:00 pm, lights were off in the lobby, girl at the front desk, told me and another person that they were not seeing any more patients because they had to clean up! I told her that you don’t close until 8:00 pm , she again said that we have to clean up. I was in the Medical Field my whole adult life, you clean as you go!!!
They took great care of my grandson. The treatment was professional and the follow up care and treatment plan was carefully planned and based on his needs, and include preventative care. We are so pleased!
