Very rude! I came in at 7:15 and waited at the desk and no one at the front desk even spoke to me. After making me wait minimum 10 minutes without even acknowledging that I was there she finally asked if I had an appointment. After me telling her no she said “The wait is 2 hours we close in 30 minutes. We can’t take you. I can schedule you an appointment tomorrow.” I understood but it is VERY rude to make me stand there for 10/15 minutes without speaking to me & KNOWING you aren’t going to take me. Very friendly staff, got me in on time of my appt and P.A. that examine me took very good care of me and sent my prescription rt to pharmacy so I was able to get started on Sunday evening Thx so Walter
The NP was fantastic as we're all the staff who helped me. Very thorough.
