Check and process was a little difficult. They did everything online and it did not go through so the lady behind the desk had to go and insert my personal information into her computer because the online process was not working after that I was very satisfied with the doctor and assistants
The experience here was frustrating overall. The waiting area was uncomfortably hot — easily around 80 degrees in the middle of summer — and my 2-hour wait was made worse by sitting there sweating. The front desk staff spent most of the time on her phone, cutting up, instead of paying attention to patients, which felt very unprofessional. When I finally got back, most of the staff were dry and seemed rushed, not compassionate. Good service, but medication subscribed to me did not agree with me. I had severe stomach pain, had to stop the meds.
The staff was polite and friendly. I'll definitely go back and recommend it to others
