My experience overall was great. I was there on June 6 and the male nurse taking vitals and asking questions felt as if he wasn’t really concerned. The music in the lobby is too loud and the receptionist sings too loud. The shatter is loud around the nurses station but overall I’d go again. Love the NP’s though.
The staff was welcoming and very professional. I enjoyed my time dealing with them through this process.
The entire staff was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional! The entire atmosphere made me feel better!

I went to this location because a telehealth Dr suspected I had pneumonia. This was my first time in over a year going back to this location. Long story short they misdiagnosed me telling me I didn't have pneumonia. Going off of what they told me, I didn't seek additional care for 2 days thinking all I had to take was the COUGH SYRUP THE NP PRESCRIBED.
