Staff super friendly and helpful. Helped with answering the front desk questions. Nurses super friendly and worked fast without making you feel like just another patient to be dealt with and were very knowledgeable. First time meeting the Doctor and was very impressed. He talked directly to the kids and had them smiling. Hard to do when two of the kids have selective mutism. Doctor was fast and had them diagnosed in no time. I had such a great experience Here! The nurse was really kind and made me feel comfortable right away. The doctor was not only professional but also super friendly and funny, which helped ease my nerves. It’s nice to have a doctor who takes the time to listen and also makes you laugh. Overall, I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care with a great staff.
On a sat evening I took my daughter in. She’s 8. They told me she didn’t have a fever. I told them their thermometer wasn’t reliable due dysautonomia issue she has. They argued with me then I checked it with the one in her backpack and she had 101.4 temp. They told me she was fine, she has a respiratory illness everyone around hartwell has. I am visiting family from Baltimore and I was concerned about the care I would get. The entire staff was friendly and nice. I wasn't rushed and the doctor h a day excellent bedside manner, knowledgeable and used simple jargon. I would definitely come back and recommend this urgent care center.
This urgent care has never disappointed. As a nurse myself, I understand how chaotic urgent cares can be, but this one has always been very efficient and timely in their care. The staff is kind, thorough, and very knowledgeable. The facility is also very neat and clean! I cannot recommend them enough for all your minor boo boos and illnesses!!
