Staff super friendly and helpful. Helped with answering the front desk questions. Nurses super friendly and worked fast without making you feel like just another patient to be dealt with and were very knowledgeable. First time meeting the Doctor and was very impressed. He talked directly to the kids and had them smiling. Hard to do when two of the kids have selective mutism. Doctor was fast and had them diagnosed in no time. Visited on 11/11/25. Cameron at desk was pleasant and helpful. The tech was very very sweet. The doctor who stitched my hand up talked me through what he was doing and how it may or may not feel. Then...as a bonus? He had a great and fun bedside manner.
I went to Peachtree Immediate Care bc I cut my finger and it would not stop bleeding. Checking in as a new patient was quick and easy. The provider and staff were courteous and thorough and made sure I understood how to take care of my finger which only needed glue- no stitches. The only negative was the wait to be seen. They had experienced technical issues that morning and were running behind. I do recommend Peachtree Intermediate Care and I will use their services again if needed.
I had such a great experience Here! The nurse was really kind and made me feel comfortable right away. The doctor was not only professional but also super friendly and funny, which helped ease my nerves. It’s nice to have a doctor who takes the time to listen and also makes you laugh. Overall, I felt well taken care of and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality care with a great staff.
This urgent care has never disappointed. As a nurse myself, I understand how chaotic urgent cares can be, but this one has always been very efficient and timely in their care. The staff is kind, thorough, and very knowledgeable. The facility is also very neat and clean! I cannot recommend them enough for all your minor boo boos and illnesses!!
