We had our first visit today for my toddlers and it was such a positive one!! My boys are 4.5 and 3 and they’ve never done so well with a dental visit. The whole staff was great and Dr Tam was so helpful and knowledgeable. The waiting area had games and all kinds of stuff to keep them occupied too - they can’t wait to go back!
I don’t write negative reviews often,, but felt it necessary here. We were very disappointed with our experience trying to schedule dental appointments at Peachtree Hills Pediatric Dentistry. My wife had already made an appointment for two of our boys, but the office later called to reschedule, stating that they only see teenagers in the afternoon. calling this place every day and not having someone to pick up to assist a parent looking to get specialty service provided for child is ridiculous. When you call, the phone rings and goes straight to a voicemail system stating that new messages cannot be received because its full. Maybe this is a warning for my son's sake, I guess. But the practice should do better .

They scheduled us for a morning when the dentist had jury duty because he was hoping he would be excused. Didn’t let us know when he was required to report, so we arrived to the appointment and he was not there. They were super disrespectful about wasting my time.
