I have been going to this practice since 1997. Dr. Aubley was great. He retired and Dr.Kumar is there now. He is great as well. The staff on the other hand is not so great. They lake compassion and really could care less about the patients. It is clearly just a job. They a rude and condescending and act like they know more than the doctor. I went to my annual check-up in October. This was my first visit since Dr. aubry retired. Dr. Kumar is very pleasant and friendly. He did a thorough exam. I had no issues with him. I missed a call regarding lab results and no call back message was left. Several weeks later got a call from a nurse "getting calls caught up". The office staff has its ups and downs. Oh... new office furniture for the waiting room... NICE!
I miss Dr. Aubley. Dr. Kumar, to me, is not a patient friendly doctor. He does not listen to concerns, pretty rude and difficult to understand at times. I had been a patient of Dr Aubley for well over 20 years.
I had an appt scheduled for a year for my annual exam. They sent me a text message like 5 times to remind me to come there for my exam. When I got there they said we tried to call you but the Dr. is out of the office today. Then they called me the next Monday at 9:50 am and said you have an appt today at 9 30am. I said for what, I didn't schedule it. She said we just scheduled it for you. I said well you should have let me know that you scheduled it. They should have texted me to let me know the Dr was not going to be there ... read more
I'd heard great things about this doctor. But great is an understatement. When I first arrived the lady at the window was some what pleasant. She called me by my last name and said good morning and some what will be with me so. Shortly after a lady open the door and called me by my first name. Which I felt was disrespectful especially when she looked to be have my age. She then took me to the room and the doctor came in shortly. He was pleasant,friendly and was very knowledgeable.
