I highly recommend this practice! I just visited for the first time and can't say enough about Dr. Bhakta and his staff. From the welcoming smiling faces at the front desk to the thorough explanations provided by Dr. Bhakta, this practice provided the perfect experience. I will definitely be going back and referring friends and family!
This shop is great, not sure why anyone would post less than 5 stars. Very friendly and professional staff. I have 1 annual visit each year. The retinal scanner is awesome, compared to normal dilation eye drops that always gave me headaches and rendered me useless for 3-5 hours afterwards (because I could not read anything up close during that time). If you need an eye exam, I highly recommend PTC Eye Center.
My husband and I are patients. The doctors and medical staff are lovely. But, sadly, the front office and administrative staff leaves much to be desired. We are on our 6th communication with the office pertaining to billing issues that should be (and are) simple to resolve yet no one seems to be willing to communicate or help out. Medical professionals are only as good as the staff they employ and , in our estimation, big improvements are in order. We are very, very frustrated at this point. Hence, the poor rating.
My first visit and I would recommend them to anyone. Highly efficient in each area I was in.
The medical professionals and staff are warm and friendly, but also efficient and very professional. Very thorough eye exam. My husband and I have been going to this office since we moved here four years ago.
My parents have been coming to this office for several years and have never had anything negative to say, only how wonderful they are. So, when it came time for my daughter (7 years) to have her eyes checked I called them first. We were able to get a same day appointment and had no wait. The entire staff were absolutely great with my daughter. She was very nervous and they did everything possible to calm her nerves. She walked out smiling and has asked when she gets to go back! THANK YOU!
