These are JUNK! These awnings are of very poor quality. My awning only lasted 4 years before the frame bent and it became unusable.The owner refused to honor the "lifetime frame warranty" and he would not replace the awning frame. He claims the frame bent due to an "force of nature" even though I rolled it in during inclement weather just like the warranty said. He said I had to pay the full price of the initial awning and installation if I wanted it fixed. The bottom line is the frame is constructed from very weak material ... read more
