I have lived at peach tree for over 2 years, I have had a really good experience here. I have rented at another place and had a horrible experience. At least these maintenance guys show up and fix things, its a convienant place to live and they offer me a free gym membership now. That used to be the only down fall.

I have been working at Peachtree Apartments for over 3 years, I have seen this property go through a lot of changes. Maintenance has completely changed, the office staff has changed, the property itself has changed. We don t guarantee that all experiences are going to be fantastic, however the staff does its part to give tenant the respect and attention they deserve. We are here to help and we want each and every tenant to enjoy living at Peachtree. We hope you will come check us out and make Peachtree your new home!
Terrible service I would not recommend this place to anyone. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY. Once they have your deposit and get you to move in they start to show their true colors. The apartments look nice but looks can be deceiving just like the staff. As soon as they have your money and you are locked in to a contract, they stop being so nice. WARNING: IF YOU PUT DOWN A SECURITY DEPOSIT YOU CAN NOT GET IT BACK EVEN IF YOU DON'T MOVE IN. I'd stay far away from these crooks.
have had several things go wrong from bad washing machine to numerous leaks. Management shows no real effort to fix problem and still have wet carpet from a continous leak. No matter what deal they offer you do not take it you will regret it in the end.
