I hated to move from this place. I loved it very quiet. Safe. Parking ok . Close to gas stations and target & Walmart and interstate. Management was good from beginning to end even with change in between. Good for students or retirees. Tenants kind of mind their own business but friendly.
Location - Outstanding, next to everything you'd need in town, quiet neighborhood, near biking/walking trails Exterior- Building is fine, plenty of parking, no place for bikes, whole place is surrounded by dead ash trees Interior- Well built, quiet units, appliances all run well, AC is outdated- but gets the job done, nice patio space (no grills allowed even though we could originally), plenty of square footage Amenities - 1.
