I was referred to Dr. Buchanan by Infectious disease dr as I have a very low globiun count. Met with her after hours of waiting. She basically looked at my iPhone for tests I had in past. Months past,and she decided to have igG bloodwork done, no return appointment. Months passed again, finally have vaccines and sent for more bloodwork. Decided I needed serum replacement. I was not notified by her, but all of a sudden I get a msg that meds are being sent by UPS. Reaction occurred. Contacted office..nothing! Requested another... read more

Dr. Lee is an outstanding doctor! His correct diagnosis and treatment made all the difference for my daughter after many years of daily suffering. He is extremely knowledgeable and truly cares. The entire staff is excellent! The receptionist and nurses care about our family personally. They are very quick to return phone calls as well - even after hours. There is no one more dedicated than the drs and staff . Dr Buchanan has saved my daughter's life more times than I can count.

I called to make a new patient appointment for my son. The woman who answered already sounded annoyed over the phone. She asked "uhhh do we have a referral?" in a sarcastic tone. My insurance doesn't require one and neither does their office. So I don't understand why we needed the sarcastic tone or the question. She placed me on hold. I hung up. Needless to say, I ended up not even making an appointment. I definitely don't want to go there with someone who sounds so unpleasant before I am even seen.

Heads up! Be aware. You’re not going to see a doctor if you’re new patient. Original doctor doesn’t take new patients. Another doctor booked up for months. New appointments are with nurse practitioners which I don’t care for. I need a doctor. Not a practice for me. All the best to you!
