Worst experience ever , they went up on my policy and when I asked Latryce Hudson why , she was extremely rude ! She told me calls were being recorded but She was frustrated with me , as I tried to ask about the policy and changes she kept placing me on brief holds , talking amongst herself saying "it Aint her fault : I asked to speak to a Manager she stated they weren't in but would let her know . Worst experience ever they don’t explain you the reason behind the insurance increase in your plan when you try to ask them they put your call on hold ema trying to change my insurance agent .. go with somebody else. Poor manners , rude behavior and management. They say they call you back don’t expect the call from them
They help me with what I needed their plan is best affordable to my car insurance needs I don't know how long they been in business but you guys should go check them out for car insurance at this time car insurance has spiked up to a house note so go check them out like I always tell you guys be blessed not stressed star for success and everything else is the rest I was really having a hard time looking for insurance but they came through
