On January 28, 2026, at approximately 2:00 PM, I walked into the office and observed two employees seated at the front desk. One employee was on a call with a customer on speakerphone, and the other was eating at the desk. I call November the 11 the young lady I spoke with stated the system was down and she would call me the next day needless to say she did not prior to her stating she would call me back I offered to call her back she stated no she would call me needless to say now my policy is in danger of being canceled due tot the due date I requested to be changed did not happen this is not good customer service at all.

If I could give them -0, I would. The new girl they hired to answer the phone, barely answer the phone and when she do answer, she is giving you the wrong info. The only thing she knows how to do is take a payment.This is the worste insurance company I have ever been with because of this new girl they have in the office for about 4 months now.
Wow! UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, and even said call another location I could not believe this is the way how someone conduct business her name is SHALEETA….. I had to call another location to be serviced BAD LOOK FOR THE BUSINESS
