Our brand stocks top designer prom dresses and quinceanera dresses like Sherri Hill, Jovani, and Mori Lee, in every size from 000-32w. In 1984 Peaches Boutique started as a mom and pop store featuring women's designer clothing. In the mid-90's, we narrowed our focus to designer dresses. Now Peaches Boutique runs one of the top dress stores in Chicago, as well as a popular retail website.

Terrible 5 day return policy. Plenty of dress shops with reasonable policies. We are stuck with $338 dress
Worst customer service in the alterations department. A woman named Barb was pinning the straps on my daughter and was so rude to her while doing it. She acted like we were bothering her anytime we asked a question. We drove over 3 hours to come to the store with high expectations but ended up leaving without a dress because I refuse to tolerate being treated like we aren’t valued as customers. Such a shame you have a beautiful store with such a lousy seamstress.
Great selection and the associates were very helpful in helping my daughter and her BFF find their dream prom dress’s yesterday. Prices are reasonable, 398.00 for a Very Nice dress!
Peaches went above and beyond to locate a prom dress for my granddaughter by contacting the designer. Totally made this so special for her. Jazmyn that was helping her was great. So helpful. Thank you all!!!!

DO NOT EVER GO HERE! UNLESS that is, you enjoy being judged, talked down to, and enjoy GOD AWFUL customer service by the owner and operator herself. I would not lead my worst enemy to this place because even they don't deserve the way they will be treated here.
Great Experience , however this time we bought my daughters prom dress we were told they thoroughly check dress over in the back and steam it. Looking for any missing hook and eyes , buttons , fasteners anything. And the steaming job on the train was very poor. The fasteners to the back of skirt bottom is half sewn on and hanging . The bow on back where separate top connects is missing a fastener to make bow stable and hook and eye missing above zipper on the tops back to secure it ... So my ADVICE when you get it back after... read more
Amazing! Organized, friendly staff, you get your own fitting room attendant, lots of rules but necessary! Get familiar with their policies before you go. Do your research online first! Print photos and style #'s of 6 dresses you want to try on, bring it to your stylist. Know your budget! No phones are allowed! No photos! TIP YOUR STYLIST!
