This is to correct an absurd review – I'm going back to the Peach Tree in 2 days. Spend the extra couple of bucks for a creekside room. Clair is a SAINT! All of the staff are fantastic. The continental breakfast is beond belief. I've been here many times for business and pleasure. Enjoy! Greg
I would not recommend this Establishment – Recently visited this establishment during the month of January 2010. The rooms were out of date, the furnishings were well worn, and unfortunately lacked in cleanliness. After deciding not to remain as a guest, conversations taking place several days later, with the hotel proprietor were unpleasant and insulting. No better place to stay – Great location, clean rooms, fantastic price. What else do you want? You are in SLO, you should be out enjoying the town and not staying at Hearst Castle. This is the best value in SLO!
Quaint Location, walk to downtown and CP – The Peach Tree in a great location for walking to downtown SLO and Cal Poly and best of all, they have a great price. The rooms are not fancy but they are comfortable and clean. Staying at the Peach Tree Inn is like stepping back in time to an old style motel where there is a central grass area with large wooden swings to relax in and tables to sip a glass a wine after a day of wine tasting in the Central Coast. A Continental style breakfast is also served daily with fresh fruit and... read more
