Peach Tree Health Urgent Care is the best in Yuba County. The staff truly take good care of you and provide excellent customer service from start to finish. I felt listened to, respected, and well cared for during my visit. The team was professional, efficient, and compassionate, which made a stressful situation much easier. I highly recommend Peach Tree Health Urgent Care to anyone needing quality medical care.

Called Peach Tree on Tuesday and was told Immediate Care closed at 5pm. Got to Immediate Care at 4:03pm but it was already closed. Posted sign said they close at 4:15pm.

Their hours are wrong. They are always leaving and closing early before 1. This is also the only urgent care my insurance is contracted with. Inconvenient organization only open 7-12? Doesn’t seem urgent to me. “Due to a high volume of patients, hours may be shortened” how does this make any sense? Wouldn’t you want to serve more patients and stay open longer if there are more patients?

This is one of the worst medical facilities there is. Some days they close early or aren't even open because there isn't a provider available to work. I don't know how many times my medications weren't sent over correctly or weren't sent at all. And you cannot call this place. Would not recommend, unfortunately you're better off going to Rideout Hospital's Emergency Room if you can't just schedule with your Primary Care Provider/Regular Doctor.
