Great experience no lagging on providing documentation.
One star, and only because zero isn't an option. I'm a licensed Realtor and was the listing agent on a recent transaction Peach State inspected. Their inspector was unable to access the crawlspace, yet made no attempt to call or message me to resolve it, even though I was reachable the entire day. Instead, the buyer was simply charged a re-inspection fee for a second visit. A single phone call would have solved this in minutes. Excellent Service, inspector was kind, on time, and very helpful in telling me what the house lacked and what it meant. Would absolutely recommend.
Scheduling was seamless and he was able to come the next day. The inspector was friendly and he answered all my questions, without making me feel like I was a nuisance. This is the third time I've used them in the last few months. The first two times I had the same inspector. This time he couldn't come and someone else came out. The report was not as detailed and thorough as the first two times. He had a few things that should have been major as just general, like water leaks and electrical. Cheapest price around and very detailed inspection! When I was quoted I expected to hear very minimal information back. But when I got my inspection report back, even the smallest details were noted. And they were very informative on their phone calls on their processes! 100% recommend to ANYONE!
