Best bank ever! People are so nice and friendly and they don’t have all them hidden fees. Easy to get loans and help with whatever you need. Always a great environment when I go in. Fast and friendly. Would recommend 100 times over! Greenwood Branch should receive multiple bank awards.
This is by far the most disgusting financial institution i have ever dealt with. I have been looking for answers for months, but only get a dead end. I wished I had never even gotten an auto loan with such a disgusting institution.
Teller was extremely rude to my husband. He is hard of hearing and when he asked the teller to repeat what she said, she rolled her eyes at him and snapped at him and said "are you paying attention now?" He apologized to her, which is horrible. He should have never had to apologize to her. Shame on yall for making him feel like that. We will be closing our account
