A team of 3 guys cleaned my ducts. I had never had them cleaned before. I like to know the process and why something needs to be done. Everything was explained clearly and recommendations given on how to keep the ducts cleaned. They were opened to answering all questions without hesitation. I was impressed with the work ethics of all of them BUT l really liked the “old school” interaction with the older team member.
