One of the worst broker experiences I’ve ever had. Peach State Truck Lines, and specifically Luke, lied to me about almost every detail of the load. He told me the shipper appointment was 9 AM when it was 10 AM, said the first stop was 4 PM when the real appointment was 1 AM, and claimed the second stop was 12 PM when it was really 3 PM. We agreed to 2 delivery stops, but Luke changed it to 3 without warning or extra pay. At the first delivery I sat for 18 hours, burning time and money. These ppl are scamming trucking companies. Avoid at all costs. It was more than once when they didn’t pay. Last case was them begging me to cover their load that was 200 miles out which we booked and guess what? Driver was told the load is cancelled. We requested TONU but we got no response so far. Unprofessional.
